Returns & Refunds
Gear Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Equipment must be in original, unused condition with all tactical tags and battle-ready packaging intact. Texas-grade quality is our standard.
Warehouse Audit
Returns are processed through our Warrington facility. Every returned loadout component undergoes a Texas-standard quality inspection before any refund or exchange is authorized.
Tactical Refunds
Once inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original transaction platform within 5-7 business days. Please note that return shipping costs for tactical deployments are non-refundable.
